Half-Gallon Golden-Brown Live Phyto for Large Reefs, Aquaculture & Breeding Operations
Our 64oz bottle of live Tisochrysis lutea—commonly known as T-Iso—delivers maximum volume and value for serious reef keepers, coral farms, fish breeders, and live food culturists. This premium golden-brown marine phytoplankton is prized for its high DHA content, small cell size, and excellent digestibility, making it one of the most effective live foods for copepods, rotifers, non-photosynthetic corals, clams, and other filter-feeding invertebrates.
Why Choose Tisochrysis lutea?
Unlike standard green phytoplankton, Tisochrysis lutea is a golden-brown flagellate rich in omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA. Its soft cell structure and ideal particle size make it easy for many marine organisms to capture and digest, supporting growth, reproduction, and overall health in display tanks and large-scale culture systems alike.
